Installing the App

If you run QuickBooks Online, head to our listing in the QuickBooks app store and choose “Get App Now” to authorize your QuickBooks account to connect with PaymentsNow. You’ll complete a short sign-up form and verify your bank account. Once verification is done, you can print and send cheques to your recipients right away.

Sending Cheques from QuickBooks

Create a cheque transaction directly in QuickBooks and mark it “Print Later.” That tells our system to import those cheques and process, print, and mail them for you.
