Is the per-cheque price truly all-in?

Your single per-cheque price wraps up everything in one number, with nothing tacked on later. That covers printing on tamper-resistant MICR stock, processing the same business day, verifying the mailing address, tracking the delivery, and your full portal login for approving payments, pulling reports, and managing cheques remotely. Need to mail T4s, T5s, or other standalone documents on their own? We handle that too, billed separately from cheque runs.

How does billing actually work?

We run on a pay-as-you-go basis, drawing the amount due from your linked bank account before a run is processed. Prefer to lock in a lower rate? Load prepaid credits up front and earn volume pricing as you go.

Will I get hit with setup fees or a monthly subscription?

None at all. We don’t charge to onboard you, we don’t bill a recurring subscription, and we don’t impose a minimum number of cheques. Your costs are tied strictly to how many cheques you actually mail.

Can I trial it before I commit to anything?

Of course. Depending on how you plan to integrate, we can set you up with trial cheque runs or hand over sandbox access so you can try everything before you commit.

How soon can my account be up and running?

Once we’ve verified and approved your account, cheques can go out right away. Teams uploading a CSV are often live the very same day, while anyone wiring up an integration or custom build gets walked through a quick, low-friction onboarding by our team.

Which cheque layouts can you print?

Take your pick from several layouts: laser three-fold positioned at the top, middle, or bottom of the page, pressure-seal cheques, legal-size sheets, and a three-cheques-per-page format.

Can inserts or extra documents ride in the envelope?

You can. Supporting pages and inserts can ride along inside the same envelope as your cheque, within a sensible page count per mailing. Anything beyond the included pages is charged at a modest rate per extra sheet.

What happens when many cheques go to one address?

When a batch of cheques — say a payroll run — is all going to one destination, we consolidate them into a single bundled shipment instead of separate envelopes. You’re charged for printing each cheque, plus one discounted postage cost for the combined bundle.

Are there discounts once my volume grows?

Absolutely. Higher monthly cheque counts unlock reduced per-piece rates, and when several cheques head to the same recipient we apply bundled group-mailing pricing. Reach out and we’ll put together a quote built around your volume.
